Let's stop all discussions about awesome sandwiches because I found Da Deli!!!
This is a new establishment about the closing of Big Belly Kelly. That was a bummer since it was a great place for Bar-B-Q.
Donatello's has great sandwiches, salads and soups. The prices are super low for the quality and quantity.
My wife and I split their signature sandwich named the Donatello. It was STUFFED with salami, cappicola, prosciutto, mozzarella, prov, pesto, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers.
They seats outside around the side.
OK my mouth is watering writing this review so I will stop now because I am going back!! -

Picked up two giant grinders the other day, the Donatello & the Villano. Both were delicious, and more than enough to split between five people for an easy dinner. The bread is great, the assorted quality meats were perfect together, and the sauces really pulled it together (mayo pesto and balsamic glaze). Also got to try a sample of their BBQ pork Mac & Cheese - it was really good, and much appreciated - I was so hungry! Thanks, guys - we will be back.

This place is amazing. I got the Italian stallion, my wife got the Donatello. We were both blown away. We will definitely become regulars. Highly recommend.

Went in there to get some lunch and check it out on June 20 . It's a deli not really a resterount. The owner is from Groton. I got the italian it had Genoa salami, peppers, and basil. The flavors complemented eachother and it had some spice to it.
